1. Acceptance and Legal Effect

By registering an account, logging in or using any services of Pair, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and voluntarily agreed to all terms of this Terms of Service and the accompanying Privacy Policy, and undertake to abide by all platform rules. If you do not accept any clause herein, please stop using all services and functions of this application immediately.

2. Eligibility for Service Use

All online services and functions of this application are available only to users who have reached the age of 18. Only adult users are entitled to register accounts, log in and access all features and services provided by the platform. Individuals under the age of 18 are prohibited from using any services of this platform.

3. User Code of Conduct and Prohibited Acts

While using our services, users shall strictly comply with applicable laws, regulations and platform rules. The following violations and illegal behaviors are strictly prohibited:

  1. Publish, send, forward or disseminate content that contains violence, pornography, vulgar or illegal information, or infringes upon the right of reputation, portrait right, copyright, intellectual property and other legitimate rights and interests of third parties.
  2. Impersonate others or any individual, institution or enterprise, or fill in and publish false, untrue or misleading information and materials on the platform.
  3. Harass other users maliciously, send bulk spam messages, conduct online fraud or deception, or deliberately disrupt the normal operation of the platform and impair other users' experience.
  4. Violate local laws, regulations, industry norms and all published management rules of this platform.

4. Membership Subscription and In-App Purchase Rules

Certain premium features, exclusive benefits and value-added services are available via paid subscriptions or in-app purchases. Users may choose to activate relevant paid services according to personal needs.

All paid membership subscriptions are enabled with auto-renewal by default. If you do not cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle, your subscription will be automatically renewed and the corresponding service benefits will continue.

All payment transactions are processed exclusively through official Google Play channels. We will not collect, record or store any of your payment-related personal data, so as to fully protect your payment security.

You may manage, modify, suspend or cancel your subscriptions at any time via the settings page of your Google Play account.

5. Intellectual Property Protection

All interface designs, texts, images, trademarks, brand elements, program codes and original content within this application are the exclusive intellectual property of Pair and protected by relevant laws. Without prior written authorization from us, no party may copy, tamper, repost, reproduce, use for commercial purposes or redistribute such content.

You retain full intellectual property rights to all original content you post on the platform. Meanwhile, you hereby grant Pair a worldwide non-exclusive license to store, display, distribute and reasonably use your published content for the purpose of normal platform operation, service delivery and function maintenance.

6. Risk Notice and Liability Limitation

Pair acts solely as an online social platform providing technical support and functional services. All interactions, statements and private communications among users, as well as all disputes and consequences arising therefrom, shall be borne solely by the relevant users. The platform shall not be held jointly liable.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account and personal information. The platform assumes no liability for any safety risks, property losses or disputes arising from offline meetings and other offline activities conducted by users.

7. Account Management and Right Termination

If you violate this Terms of Service, submit false personal information, engage in illegal or irregular activities or disrupt platform order, we reserve the right to restrict functions, suspend services, block accounts or terminate your access rights at any time without prior notice, and shall not be liable for any compensation or indemnity.

8. Minor Protection and Compliance

This application is designed for adult users only. We do not provide services to minors, and registration and use by minors are strictly forbidden. We operate the platform in full compliance with Google’s Child Safety Standards.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The formation, validity, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws and relevant regulatory provisions of the region where this application is released.
