Pair Children's Safety Protection Policy

Pair prioritizes the protection of children's rights and interests, and is committed to creating a safe, clean and healthy online environment for minors. We strictly comply with Google Play policies on children's safety, as well as applicable laws, regulations and industry self-regulatory standards for minor protection across all countries and regions worldwide.

I. Platform Rules for Children's Safety Management

To fully safeguard minors' online security and standardize platform usage, all users accessing Pair services must abide by the following regulations:

  1. Users are prohibited from distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material/Child Sexual Abuse Exploitation (CSAM/CSAE) in any form, including uploading, publishing, reposting, sharing, promoting or soliciting such content. The dissemination of child pornography and any information that infringes upon children's legitimate rights and interests is strictly forbidden.
  2. Users shall not initiate contact with or entice minors, engage in vulgar, obscene or inappropriate conversations with them, or conduct harassment, solicitation and any other harmful acts against minors.
  3. It is forbidden to create, write, depict, discuss or circulate texts, images, artwork, conversations and related topics that sexualize or vulgarize minors, so as to maintain a pure and healthy online ecosystem for minors.
  4. We fully enforce personal information protection for minors. No individual or organization may collect, use, disclose or publish minors' private data and personal information without legitimate authorization.
  5. The platform implements age verification and content & feature classification systems. Access to functions, content and value-added services unsuitable for minors will be restricted, to ensure age-appropriate and compliant service management.
  6. We have established an intelligent risk control and content review system, combining 24/7 automated screening and professional manual review. All platform content is monitored in real time to identify and remove harmful information and violations endangering minors without delay.
  7. Any content in violation of this policy will be removed immediately. Users who commit violations will have their accounts permanently banned to prevent repeat offenses.
  8. Any confirmed illegal activities on the platform will be reported to relevant authorities in accordance with laws and regulations. We will fully cooperate with public security organs, child protection organizations and regulatory authorities in investigations, case handling and subsequent compliance work.
  9. A dedicated reporting channel is available to all users. We encourage users to report suspicious content, improper interactions and all potential risks threatening children's online safety.
